  • Trigger to rising or falling edge
  • Endless measurement range by internal retrigger of START
  • 10 MHz continuous rate per channel
  • 40 MHz continuous rate per chip

 

 

Start Retrigger

After an initial start event, the TDC-GPX can generate its own internal start. The time interval is measured from the last internal start. The start number is added to the output data. The overflow of the start number can be accessible at the interrupt pin for an external extansion of the start number counter.
